Ardinez A. Domgjoni is an Associate Attorney at French & Casey, LLP. Prior to working at French & Casey, LLP, Mr. Domgjoni represented corporations and educational institutions in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including products liability, premises liability, contract disputes and insurance coverage. Mr. Domgjoni also was an associate in the New York and New Jersey offices of a national law firm, defending broker-dealers in customer-initiated arbitrations involving a variety of claims arising under state and federal securities laws.

Mr. Domgjoni is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.

Mr. Domgjoni earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. In law school, Mr. Domgjoni

worked as a law clerk for Prudential Financial and served as a judicial intern for Judge Susan D. Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was appointed a Governor’s Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics. He also served as a Legal Writing Teaching Associate and a Torts Law Teaching Fellow.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Domgjoni was a litigation legal assistant at a premier national law firm specializing in residential mortgage-backed securities cases. Mr. Domgjoni earned his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. He is fluent in Albanian.
