Jenna E. Elkind

Jenna E. Elkind joined French & Casey LLP in 2009. She has experience in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings, personal injury, commercial, and real estate litigation as well as general contractual disputes.
Ms. Elkind is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Elkind is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Women's Bar Association.
Ms. Elkind received her J.D. at Boston University School of Law in 2007 where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal and served as Vice-Justice of the school’s Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Ms. Elkind earned her undergraduate degree in Economics, cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University in 2004. While at Barnard, Ms. Elkind participated in the New York Fed Challenge Competition hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where her 5 member team won first place and a $50,000 prize from the Moody’s Foundation.
Ms. Elkind is fluent in Russian and has extensive experience working with the Russian community in a variety of legal matters.
