Frederick McRoberts is an Associate at French & Casey LLP. He began working with the firm in July 2015. He concentrates his practice in all phases of defense litigation and regulatory work on behalf of national insurance carriers.
After graduating law school, Mr. McRoberts served as law clerk to the Honorable Edward M. Neafsey, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County. After his clerkship, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney where he successfully prosecuted numerous cases, primarily in the Felony Trial Bureau. Following his experience with the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. McRoberts worked with the firm of London Fischer, LLP where his practice centered on insurance defense litigation; specializing in New York Labor Law claims, property damage, related contractual claims, including indemnity, auto insurance defense and general liability.
Mr. McRoberts is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University School of Law in 2009, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from College of the Holy Cross in 2006.
