Grant D. Zacharias is an attorney at French & Casey, LLP. Mr. Zacharias has over nine years of experience as a civil litigator, focusing primarily upon legal controversies pertaining to residential and commercial properties, including property damage, personal injury and insurance claims, construction defects, liability claims, foreclosure proceedings, and landlord/tenant disputes. Given his background in representing a wide array of clientele as plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Zacharias employs a holistic approach to each of his cases and is uniquely qualified to identify the factors that are most critical to each case's ultimate disposition, while weighing the factors that are most important to his clients.
Mr. Zacharias earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007, where he obtained certificates for Legal Writing and Sports Law. He was also a member of the school's Moot Court Honor Board. While at Florida Coastal, Mr. Zacharias was the brief writer for the winning team at the 2006 Robert Orseck Florida Bar Moot Court Competition.
He is a graduate of the Honors Program at Florida State University, where he obtained his Bachelor's of Arts degree with a double major in Criminology and Communication Studies.
Mr. Zacharias is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Florida, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the New York State and Florida State Bar Associations.
