Rosalyn Maldonado

Associate

Rosalyn Maldonado is a senior associate of French & Casey, LLP.  Her practice consists primarily of litigation at all stages in the areas of construction, real estate, labor, general corporate matters, collection defense and general contractual disputes.  Her transactional work includes commercial and residential leases, purchase and sale of real property, consulting and employment agreements, LLC agreements, and general corporate governance.  

Ms. Maldonado has been in practice for thirteen years, having previously served for ten years as Deputy General Counsel for Red Apple Group, Inc., the parent corporation of numerous subsidiaries with diverse holdings, the most notable being Gristede’s Supermarkets.

Ms. Maldonado received her J.D. at Fordham School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  She is a 1990 graduate of Brandeis University, cum laude with High Honors in Sociology.  Ms. Maldonado is also fluent in Spanish and is an active participant in the “Cafecito” networking organization for Latina attorneys from the New York City area.  Additionally, Ms. Maldonado serves as a mentor to future attorneys and volunteers for the Claro Program at the Civil Court of the City of New York, County of Kings.  She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Fordham School of Law Alumni Association, and Brandeis University Alumni Association.
