Nick MacInnis

Nicholas MacInnis is Of Counsel with French & Casey, LLP. He has experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on construction law. Mr. MacInnis has represented developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors at all phases of the construction process and uses those experiences to help obtain favorable results for his clients engaged in construction related disputes.

Mr. MacInnis graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he was the Lead Articles Editor on the Suffolk University Law Review. Mr. MacInnis earned a bachelor’s degree from Bates College.

Mr. MacInnis is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Massachusetts, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Massachusetts.
