Bryan F. Tiggs

Bryan F. Tiggs joined the firm in 2008. He has expertise in the areas of insurance law, labor law, premises liability, property damage and construction law.
Mr. Tiggs has practiced law since 2000 in both trial and appellate forums. Currently, he is conducting the defense of several multi-million dollar New York Labor Law and premises liability cases. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Tiggs gained significant experience prosecuting and defending a broad range of civil matters, including the published decision - International Couriers Corp. v. North Riv. Ins. Co., (order granting summary judgment modified, but otherwise affirmed).
Mr. Tiggs currently serves as an Alumni Mentor in the Fordham University School of Law Minority Mentorship Program. Mr. Tiggs also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Pride Academy Charter School in East Orange, New Jersey.
Mr. Tiggs received his J.D. from Fordham University in 2000 and a B.S. from Rutgers University in 1994. Mr. Tiggs worked part time while in law school at the firm of Breslin Mcnerney as a general law clerk where he provided essential support for the firm’s litigation department.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Tiggs worked at a major national insurance company as a contract technician responsible for sales support, drafting contracts and general compliance work.
