We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary:

The ideal candidate will have 3 – 5 years office experience with expertise in e-filing, PACER, heavy legal document preparation and transcription.  Expertise with Federal, Supreme, and Civil Court documents, preparation of motions, answers, discovery, reports and budgets.   Ability to work under pressure independently and solve problems,highly motivated, organized and detail oriented.  Ability to proofread and manage deadlines; ability to interact with staff, clients regularly and with professionalism.   Must have professional written and verbal communication skills, type 70-75 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, TimeMatters, Outlook, and internet research.

Must be able to effectively multi-task, utilize good judgment and common sense.  

Compensation commensurate with experience, including full benefits package and potential opportunity for additional incentive compensation.
